This article provides an overview of how to set up invoice reminders in your Stripe account for payments within the Payment Processing (PayPro) module. To fully enable the functionality, reach out to EMHware Support to enable the Payment Service > Auto Collection configuration setting for your EMHware site.
How to Enable Stripe Invoice Reminders
- Log in to your Stripe account.
- Navigate to Settings.
- Select Billing → Invoices.
- Scroll down to Reminders and retries.
- Select the grey Invoice reminders setting to Send reminders if a one-off invoice hasn't been paid.
- Once enabled, customize your reminders, including adding additional reminders as needed.
