White Label Invoice
Below is an example of a white-label invoice. The logo, agency name, and address are configured in your Stripe account. Connect with your designated Payments Administrator for more information.
Provider, License, Memo, and Description are entered when creating an invoice in Client Invoice Details in EMHware.
- Your agency's logo.
- Provider (including clinical designation in EMHware) and License number,
- Custom memo allows you to manually add any other details.
- Description is entered when the invoice is generated.
Receipts
After the invoice is paid, there are two options for receipts: you can email the receipt to the email on file for the client, or download the receipt PDF and print it.
- For open invoices select →
- For paid invoices select →

→ This will send the PDF receipt attached in an email to the client's email.
Public details for Customer support information are set in Stripe. If they are not set in Stripe the information will default to address information set in EMHware → Administration → Organization Info.
This button will download a PDF of the receipt for printing or manual action.
Current workaround option to avoid issues with expired links:
- After invoice is created→ Select
and manually upload the invoice to the client’s EMHware attachments.
- After successful payment → Select
and manually upload the receipt to the client’s EMHware attachments as shown above.
