Protect client privacy with Privacy Mode, designed to blur personal or identifying client information during demos, training, or screen sharing. This helps your team share their screen as they navigate through the platform confidently while keeping sensitive data secure.
→ The Privacy Mode feature is automatically available for all agencies as of November 2025.
→ When logging out, privacy mode will reset and default to OFF for your next session. Follow the steps below as applicable.
An eye icon in the bottom-left corner of the platform lets you toggle Privacy Mode on or off at any time. The feature button defaults to off, with all personal data visible.
How to Use Privacy Mode
Select the eye icon in the bottom-left corner to activate Privacy Mode.
A line will appear through the eye icon and personal and identifying client details will instantly become blurred. See examples below.Client's Summary Page:
