This feature allows your admins to upload a static file for your agency to reference from within EMHware, providing an agency-specific resource in EMHware's user Menu.
Viewing Your Agency-Specific Help Screen
- Select the user Menu.
Select the agency-specific help screen link underneath Administration. For example, Additional Resource. The label of your link will vary by agency, as it is customizable. Select the link that is preceded by a paperclip icon.
If none of your assigned role(s) include access to any sections of the Administration menu, the link will display in the user Menu under My Report List:
- Review the file. Depending on the format, users will be able to access the attachment through the QuickView attachment viewer, such as PDFs. The PDF can be printed or downloaded. For file types that do not display in Quickview, such as .docx and .xlsx when the File Link is selected, the file will automatically download to be viewed.
