The Payments (PayPro) module includes three reports that help you review balances, outstanding invoices, and unbilled services. These reports were introduced with the Accounting Ledger and In‑House Invoicing features released in March 2026.

All reports support standard features such as date filters, printing, and CSV/PDF export. The latter two reports also include an optional client filter.
Access the reports by navigating to Reports → EMHware Report Suite → Payments Reports
Ledger Balances Report
The Ledger Balances report provides a summary of charges, payments, refunds, and balances across different payment types. It helps you understand what has been collected, what is still owed, and how revenue and refunds align.
How to Read the Columns

Debits: Amounts added for that category
(e.g., charges, collected payments, voided amounts, or refunds, depending on the section). -
Credits: Amounts applied or removed
(e.g., payments received, refunds, or charged amounts depending on the section). - Balance: The total after all debits and credits for that category.
Each payment type appears under Name (e.g., Cheques, Credit/Debit Cards, Accounts Receivable, Revenue, Refunds) with a corresponding Description.
- To use this report, your agency must have the Accounting Ledger configuration setting enabled. Approved Agency Admins can request that this feature be enabled by submitting a ticket to EMHware Support.
Important Note: Stripe transactions will only appear in the Ledger Balances report after your agency has enabled the Ledger feature (officially released March 31, 2026).- Any Stripe payments created before the Ledger was enabled for your site do not have ledger entries. As a result, older Stripe transactions may not appear in the report, and totals may differ when viewing a mix of older and newer data.
In-House Invoices Outstanding Balances Report
This report lists in-house invoices that still have an outstanding balance.
- Select an Invoice Number to open the invoice in a new browser window
- Review or update the invoice as needed
- Once the invoice is fully paid, it will no longer appear in this report
- You may optionally filter by client or run the report for all clients within the selected date range.
Unbilled Appointments and Contacts
This report lists all appointments and contacts that have not yet been billed, including those where a previous invoice was voided or refunded.
- Select the Appt Link or Contact Link to open and view the client's appointment or contact
- Select the Appt/Contact Bill Link to create a new invoice with the appointment or contact details populated
- Once an invoice has been saved for the appointment or contact, it will no longer appear in this report.
- You may optionally filter by client or run the report for all clients within the selected date range.
