Q: How do I record group interactions?
A: Group activities can be captured through Group Contacts.
- First, the group must be created by an admin through Administration > Group Manager. Clients can be preloaded and saved to a group or manually added within a group contact.
- To enter a group contact, go to the global Contacts tab > + New Client Contact > Select Program, and all applicable groups assigned to that program will populate in the Group dropdown.
- Select the applicable group, and the Format field will automatically change from Individual to Group, and any clients saved to the group should load into the contact. Set their attendance accordingly for each client.
- Individual Case Notes can be written directly under each client’s name, and the group note can be written in the case note text editor at the bottom of the contact. Only the group case note will display in all the clients' files.
