In EMHware, we have a specific setting that will bring a worker into the Ocean Healthmap for outbound referrals. This helps guide workers to follow your standardized workflows for referrals to specific agency partners or external clinicians.  

When an agency is set as an “Ocean” agency, when you are making outbound referrals it will launch into the Ocean Healthmap.

From you Agency Address Book:

1. Select “Agency Address Book” in the Admin Menu

2a. Click the check box for “eReferrals – this agency uses Ocean”

2b. Click “Save”
