Appointment notifications are included with Core EMHware. To request the implementation of this feature, submit a ticket to EMHware Support or your account manager.

- Within a client’s file, select the green + on the Appointments tab to create a new client appointment.
- Select Program.
- Mark the client as Present to ensure they receive the appointment notification.
- Select Method.
- Select an Activity List > b. Set the expected Duration.
- Select Save.
