Overview:
We’re thrilled to announce a major milestone in our modernization journey: as of November 25th, 2025 – the EMHware Help Centre is integrated directly into the platform experience. No more juggling separate logins or applications - your guides, FAQs, videos, and release notes are now just a click away.
- Easy access: With the modernization toggle ON, select Menu → EMHware Help Centre to open a flexible search screen. Search by keyword or browse categories to quickly find the content you need.
- Organized and intuitive: Explore categories covering FAQs, admin guides, platform tips for all users, demo videos, and release notes. Many categories include sub-sections with accordion-style article selection for quick navigation.
- Seamless experience: While using modernized screens, the Help Centre automatically opens in the modern view. You can still toggle back to classic view at any time, but accessing Help in modern view ensures you see the most up-to-date guidance.

Repurposed Help button: The familiar Help menu button now opens the integrated Help Centre, making support more discoverable than ever. The original built-in EMHware help screens currently remain available via the help icon
in the bottom right corner or in the classic menu view as EMHware Help.
*Please note this feature is currently only available in English.
