Intermittent Flickering on Split Screen

Myself and other members of my team have noticed that when we use the modernized dashboard in split screen (with two windows open side by side), many of the menus and dropdown items flicker. This doesn't happen when we maximize the window. I've tried to take a screenshot or screen recording, but the flicker moves too quickly to be caught. I've tried in two separate web browsers (Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome), and it happens in both.
