Client Search Window
Avec réponseHello,
- Would it be possible to have separate Active Programs and Inactive Programs lists when in the Client Search window? An example of what I'm thinking of is in Figure 1 below (screenshot of the Program(s) search parameter when under the Reports tab. I would like to make some of our current programs inactive on our site but would still need to have access to them when searching under the Client Search window. This would just be to reduce the list that most staff need to scroll through when selecting an active program. Figure 2 below is a screen shot of the current Client Search window.
- Would it be possible to have separate Active Workers and Inactive Workers lists when in the Client Search window (it would look the same as the Program(s) search parameter as in Figure 1 below)? Even though we are a small agency compared to others, our workers list gets longer as many employees are no longer with the agency but if I uncheck their “Visible” option, we can no longer select them when searching historical items in a client’s file. This would just be to reduce the list that most staff need to scroll through when selecting an active employee.

Hi Roxanne,
Thanks so much for taking the time to share this suggestion. It’s a thoughtful idea, and we really appreciate the context you provided. Including Active and Inactive Programs and Workers in the Client Search screen could support more efficient workflow practices, especially when searching historical information.
I’ve added this to our Modernization enhancement list for further review with our development team.
