Our clinicians would like the ability to view their daily, weekly, and monthly Contact totals like the classic format has. We have to account for all of our time and this option helps everyone stay on track. We currently will not use the new format for this reason.

  Thank you for sharing this feedback! We’ve heard similar comments from other agencies, and we have an active feature request under review to bring daily and weekly totals back into the Month view in the modernized dashboard. I’ve added your comment to that request so the team can consider it as part of the ongoing modernization work.
