Modernization Feedback! New Dashboard UI

Hi,

The UI has just been activated in our agency today.

The common feedback from the management and front line staff is that it's hard to track the daily total duration -- might lead to missed contacts.

It can be seen though on the left side panel. But the draw back is that you need to change the date filter into days and move accordingly to get the specific day's total. The previous UI tells you right on spot even on monthly view.

There's also a comment that the view works well at 67% magnified level and not much at 100% magnified level.

Hover preview is a big plus.

  Thank you for sharing this feedback. We’ve heard similar comments from other agencies, and we have an active feature request under review to bring daily and weekly totals back into the Month view in the modernized dashboard. I’ve added your comments to that request so the team can consider them as part of the ongoing modernization work.
