Admin Search Pages: reduce filter navigation

I have a suggestion for the Modernization Project that I'm posting here to see if others experience the same thing and would consider upvoting.
For the developers, can you please make it so that only active and visible results appear on the Admin pages and then staff can broaden the search to include inactive/hidden results from there? The Program Manager and Group Manager show inactive/hidden results, where the Worker Manager and Activity Manager show active and enabled results only.
Also, there is an automatic Search Results Limit of 100. If there are more than 100 results, staff must remember to change this. I've been covering for my admin staff and I forget to increase results every time. Instead can you set-up results to show in pages with page numbers at the top to click on and the total number of records listed. For example:
