Currently when you hit the back button to return to the page you were looking at previously, it kicks you back to the start of whatever you were looking at (in some cases this is the dashboard). This is very frustrating and ineffecient because it takes time to try and find the place where you were just working from.

  Thanks for your feedback - I understand how frustrating that can be.
  
  Our platform does not have an internal back button, so most users rely on browser navigation. Can you please confirm:

  1. Which browser and version you’re using?

  2. Provide an example of which screen/module you were on when you pressed Back?

  3. Whether you were returning to or from a search (with filters applied)?

  4. Whether this happens on both modernized and/or legacy screens?

  This will help us determine whether the behavior is environment-related or something that requires further escalation for modernization.
