Monthly View Level of Detail
AnsweredHi, we received some feedback from staff that the monthly view in the modernized dashboard can be very busy and crowded. Often they have many Contacts, Case Notes, and Case Data Forms each day and even toggling some of them off, many days still have more entries than there is space. Often what is displayed is also just not meaningful information. Many staff also do not specify the time a Contact occurs (just the duration) /they just use whatever the date picker's time defaults to in Contacts (since it doesn't require an intentional time selection to save) - so many Contacts appear all to occur at midnight.

Regarding the Contacts and the default time: this functionality hasn’t changed in the new dashboard. When creating a Contact directly from the dashboard calendar, the time defaults to 00:00 (midnight) because you’ve selected the day but haven’t specified a time. If a specific time is needed, it has to be entered manually. However, when creating a Contact from the global Contacts tab or within a client file, the time defaults to the time the Contact is created.
