Q: How do I update my user password?
A: Agency administrators can reset user passwords in the Worker Manager or select “Reset Password” in a worker account to send the worker an email to reset their own password.
- Alternatively, when logged in, each user can access the User Menu > My Account > scroll down to Login Information and follow the on-screen instructions to reset their password.
- If a worker forgets their password, they can either contact their admin or utilize the Forgot Password link on the login page and follow the on-screen instructions.
Q: EMHware Support asked me to clear my cache in a ticket. How do I clear my browser cookies and cache?
A: Go to your browser settings > delete browsing data + cookies + cached images and files > close your browser window > reopen your browser > go to your EMHware site > optionally complete a hard reset by selecting Ctrl or CMD + F5 on your keyboard.
